Delivery
We deliver to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only for now. We can't yet deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man: an order with a Northern Ireland address is refunded in full. Every poster and calendar is printed to order, which takes 2 to 4 working days.

Christmas: last orders Sunday 6 December (later orders are welcome, but we can't promise them for Christmas).
Posters are printed and posted by our UK print partner and travel rolled in a strong tube. If yours arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days, with a photo, and we will reprint it or refund you.
Returns
Every poster and calendar is made to your choices of place, words and style, so they are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. Please check your design carefully before ordering, especially the spelling.
Faulty, damaged or wrong? Whatever you ordered, email hello@springsandneaps.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we will reprint or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
